What is Japanese Jiu Jitsu?

Japanese Jiu Jitsu is the most practical of all the martial arts. Its focus is on highly effective self-defense techniques that will allow the practitioner to either escape from, or deal with, an aggressive individual.

In addition to fitness, personal growth, and confidence, students will learn strikes, throws, joint locks, controls, weapons disarms and more. Our goal is to teach highly effective self-defense for the street.
